Back in the Hospital

Thanks for all the encouraging emails. You have helped us to lay our burdens at the feet of Jesus.

Early this evening, Marilyn was finally moved from the isolation ward in the emergency department to room 580 in ward 57 of the Tom Baker Cancer Center. When I left she was drifting off to sleep. The day was spent setting up and completing her official admittance to the hospital with no time left for any diagnostic imaging. Unfortunately the pain is still controlling Marilyn but at least now she is in the hands of professionals who have empathy and understanding for her condition. The best part of the day was a caring visit and special prayer with pastor Ray Mathesion who helped us commit Marilyn into the hands of the Lord.
